Let me tell you that dream yoga is the ancient and mystical approach to lucid dreaming.     Today, we'll discuss deep into three techniques within Dream Yoga: Forceful Zhine, Natural Zhine, and Ultimate Zhine.    Forceful Zhine: The Power Move   Our first stop is Forceful Zhine. This is the powerhouse of Dream Yoga. Now, don't be intimidated by the term 'Forceful.' It is more about assertiveness than aggression. It is like telling your subconscious, "Hey, I'm here, and I'm in charge!"    Explaining Forceful Zhine  In a forceful Zhine, you must always remember that you are in a dream. You have to do this exercise while you are awake. Whatever things you do, remember that you are doing in a dream.  This may be very difficult at first but you have to keep reminding yourself that you are in a dream.  As it is named, it is a forceful step, so you have to put more energy into it. While awake, remember that the whole world is a dream.  Whenever you meet someone, remember that you are meeting that person in your dream. Whatever you do every day, just remember that you are in the dream.  This technique is very old. Many monks and sages use this method to understand the world of Maya(illusion). Well, we will not go that deep.   Natural Zhine: Going with the Flow Next up, we have Natural Zine – the laid-back cousin of Forceful Zine. This technique is all about going with the flow.  Explaining Natural Zhine  Let me now tell you what you have to do in Natural Zhine. Look, you have to do most of the hard work in forceful zhine.  In natural zhine, you will not have to work that hard. Now your mind will automatically start seeing this world as a dream. Now your mind has been trained. In this step, you will have to pay a little attention.  If you find that your mind has strayed from the path, bring it back on the path immediately. Whenever you feel that instead of seeing this world as a dream, you are considering it as reality, then immediately return to the practice.  You won't have to do this again and again. Because you have already trained your mind, it will only happen for a short moment that your mind deviates from the path.  Now most of the time you will start seeing this world as a dream. So what it means to say is that in natural zhine the mind remains concentrated.    The mind knows that whatever you are feeling is a dream. The mind does not have to be reminded of this again and again.  But yes, there are some times when the mind forgets this, but most of the time it starts remembering it. Now let us move towards the ultimate zhine.   Ultimate Zhine: The Zen Master And now, the grand finale – Ultimate Zine. Think of this as reaching the pinnacle of Dream Yoga, where you become a Zen master of your dream world.  Explaining Ultimate Zhine  Ultimate Zhine is that state of mind in which the mind automatically knows that whatever is visible in front of it is just a dream.  Even when you are awake, the mind knows that whatever it is seeing is a dream. It is not that in reality when you are awake it is also a dream.   No, it is not so, but we have trained the mind in such a way that whatever it sees, it sees it as a dream.  That is why now the mind will not forget this thing. The result will be that due to training the mind will be able to perceive the dream as a dream when you are actually dreaming.  Then while dreaming, you will not misunderstand that this is also reality.     See, why right now you don't realize that you are dreaming. Because in dreams you consider the dream to be reality.  In a dream, you don't even feel that you are in a dream. Whatever events you see in your dreams, you accept them as reality.  Because you have not yet trained your mind for this thing, it does not raise the question in the dream whether all this is a dream or reality.  So we are training our minds with the help of Zhine to know that no matter what the scene is, it is all a dream.  Things are a bit strange in dreams, so the mind will very easily know that you are in a dream.     Dreams are strange and not at all like reality. A while back, I decided to explore lucid dreaming and let me tell you – it's been a game-changer.    Personal Experience   When I learned about this powerful zine method, I thought why not try it too and see what effect it has on the way I dream.  So I started practicing. I tried Forceful Zhine for about 1 month. Actually, it was not as easy as it sounds.  When I started, I would often forget that I was still in a dream. I started considering my surroundings as reality.  Gradually I became proficient in this practice and my mind was trained for it. About a month had passed since doing this exercise.  After about one and a half months, this zhine method started showing its effect. Then one night when I was getting ready to sleep and started dreaming, I suddenly realized that it was all a dream.  I immediately did a reality check and realized that I was actually in a dream. The experience that was there was very surprising.  Then I thought, yes, this zhine method works. Basically, this method works but I have experienced from my side that, yes, this method works.  I benefited a lot from this method. If you want to try it then of course try it. It works, but the problem with it is that it takes time.  You may not be able to succeed with the help of a week or two weeks of practice. But know that continuous practice is the key to success in this.
