Now leave your palm loose on the bed. Keep the palm on the bed in such a way that all the fingers can touch the bed.


Now you have to move up and down any two fingers of your palm touching the bed.


It will be better if you use your index finger and middle finger.


You have to move your fingers up and down in a rhythm as if you were playing the piano. Not too fast, not too slow.


Sleep has its own system. When you slowly fall asleep, you go on losing consciousness. 


There will be many times when you forget to move your fingers up and down in the middle. But when you remember, you have to start moving your fingers immediately.


Try to keep yourself more and more alert and aware.


You don't have to have a heavy meal before sleeping. If you eat a heavy meal before sleeping, your sleep will be uncomfortable, and you will have a lot of difficulties in maintaining consciousness.
